*21 Men and Women, aged 19-60, with normal skin, had hydration and TEWL measured prior and post exposure. Two zones (one treated and one not) were exposed and the parameters were measured 1 h after exposure. The gel was applied at 1/2/3/4 h after exposure and at 5 h, the skin parameters were measured again. The subjects returned on days 1 and 2 to have the gel reapplied at 0/3/6/9 h. The parameters were measured again on day 3.

** 35 Men and Women, aged 19-59, had erythema measured and skin samples for measurement of skin antioxidant enzymes taken prior to exposure. Post exposure, gel was applied and the parameters were measured again on day 2. The skin samples were sent to a lab for analysis.

Minimum erythemal dose (MED) determined with a UV lamp (at least 450 lux) on back in three zones. Exposure post based line measurements was 1.5 MED UV light.

What is great about this Kangfu Recovery Gel, is that it brings together all the properties. It soothes very quickly, and that’s what patients noticed. We see a better recovery, especially post-operative and immediate post-treatment, with a very clear soothing effect. Regarding redness, there is a very significant reduction compared to other creams. On the moisturizing side, everyone saw the difference, even after aggressive treatments such as laser or radiofrequency.
